Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and Australia. For orders outside these regions, please contact us directly to discuss availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 10-14 business days
Tracking
All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery via the carrier website.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Returns & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within this period.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Products showing signs of damage through misuse or improper handling will not be accepted for return.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty Product Process
If you receive a faulty or defective product, contact us immediately at info@paceline.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Warranty Policy
Length of Warranty
All PaceLine products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes LED failure, controller malfunctions, power supply defects, and housing seal failures.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical impact, exposure to chemicals not typical of swimming pool environments, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@paceline.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or video to assess the defect. Approved claims will be resolved through repair or replacement at our discretion.
